Z024Q20 is a 2.4-inch IPS TFT-LCD display module with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. The Z024Q20 module is equipped with the ST7789V controller IC, supporting both MCU8080 and SPI interfaces. It features an IPS panel, providing advantages such as a wider viewing angle of Left: 80 / Right: 80 / Up: 80 / Down: 80 degrees (typical), a contrast ratio of 500 (typical value), and a brightness of 350 nits (typical value).
This 2.4-inch TFT-LCD display is in portrait mode and integrates the ST7789V controller IC on the module. The supply voltage for the analog (VCI) ranges from 2.5V to 3.3V. The TFT module can operate within a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C, with storage temperatures ranging from -30°C to +80°C.
